保存条件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

GPIP137 is protein associated with the cell membrane that may be involved in cell proliferation.

Function:
May regulate the transport and translation of mRNAs ofproteins involved in synaptic plasticity in neurons and cellproliferation and migration in multiple cell types (By similarity).

Subunit:
May form homomultimers. Directly interacts with G3BP1 incytoplasmic RNA granules. Binds directly and selectively to MYC andCCND2 RNAs. In neuronal cells, directly binds to several mRNAsassociated with RNA granules, including BDNF, CAMK2A, CREB1, MAP2,NTRK2 mRNAs, as well as to GRIN1 and KPNB1 mRNAs, but not to rRNAs(By similarity).

Cytoplasm, cytosol. Cell projection,dendrite. Note=Associated with RNA granules (By similarity).
