Specificity:

carboxy-termini of targeted proteins in
transfected mammalian cells.

Immunogen:
A synthetic peptide (DYKDDDDK) coupled to
KLH.
Format:
Monoclonal antibody at 1 mg/mL in PBS, pH 7.4
with 0.05% sodium azide. Frozen liquid.
Storage:
Stable for one year at –20ºC from date of
shipment. For maximum recovery of product,
centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior
to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated
freezing and thawing. Aliquot will be stable at
4ºC for 3 months.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

Western blot: Use at a 1:1,000 dilution.

Immunoprecipitation

Immunostaining: Use at a 1:200 dilution.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
