产品特性:Human CD83, His Tag is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 14.9 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Thr 20. The reducing (R) protein migrates as 18 kDa and 22 kDa in SDS-PAGE  due to different glycosylation.

产品背景:CD83 antigen is also known as B-cell activation protein and Cell surface protein HB15. CD83 is a single-pass type I membrane protein which contains one Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. CD83 is expressed by activated lymphocytes, Langerhans cells and interdigitating reticulum cells. CD83 may play a significant role in antigen presentation or the cellular interactions that follow lymphocyte activation.
