Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

ELISA: 1:500-1:1,000

Immunohistochemistry: (paraffin embedded):
1:50-1:3,000. Treat tissue sections with 2
mg/mL testicular hyaluronidase in Na-acetate
buffer, pH 5.5, for 1 hr at 37oC, followed by
treatment with 0.2 mg/mL Protease XXIV in
TBS, pH 7.2, for the same time and
temperature.

Immunoprecipitation: 1:50-1:300

Western blot: 1:100-1:300
